Integrating AI into UVC water sterilization technology to build an automatic control system has the potential to significantly enhance efficiency and stability.
Data Acquisition: Sensor data is collected reliably (flow rate, light intensity, etc.) via sensors, and a Time Series Database (TSDB) system is established.
AI Model Development: An AI model is trained and validated with the goal of maintaining target efficiency and optimizing energy consumption.
AI Model Integration: The trained AI model is integrated into the actual UVC sterilization system to receive real-time data and generate control signals.
Automatic Control: Control logic is developed to adjust the intensity of the UVC lamp based on the AI model's predictions, thereby automatically controlling the system.
User Interface (UI/UX) Development: A user-friendly interface must be developed to allow users to monitor and manage the system's operational status and performance.
